How do I book a cleaner?
Simply head to our "Book a Cleaner" page, enter your details, and choose a date and time. It takes just a few minutes.

 

How do I know the cleaner is trustworthy?
All Peaksheen cleaners are vetted, reference-checked, and supported by our team. We only work with reliable, friendly professionals.

Do I need to supply cleaning materials?
Yes — please provide basic cleaning products and tools (e.g. vacuum, mop, sprays). Our cleaners will be happy to use your preferred items.


Can I request the same cleaner again?
Yes! We’ll do our best to rebook the same cleaner if they’re available.

 

How do I pay?
Payment is taken securely via Stripe when you book. You’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt.


What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem — just contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll take care of it.

How do I apply to join Peaksheen?
Visit our "Join Our Team" page and complete the form. We’ll review your info and be in touch.

 

Do I need to bring my own products?
No — clients provide their own supplies. You just bring a great attitude and strong work ethic!

We pay our cleaners weekly via bank transfer for all completed bookings.


Can I choose when and where I work?Absolutely. You set your availability and preferred areas, and we match you with nearby clients.

Do I need a DBS check?
Yes, all cleaners must have completed a basic DBS check.
