Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Peaksheen platform and the services we provide. By booking a service or applying to join our team, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

1. Service Overview

Peaksheen connects clients in Greater Manchester with trusted, freelance providers. We act as a platform and do not employ freelancers directly.

 

2. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to our service providers availability and postcode eligibility.

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • A minimum booking of 3 hours applies.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

 

3. Payments

  • The client fee includes the service providers pay, insurance, and platform service.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • No cash payments are accepted.

 

4. Cleaner Responsibilities

  • Service providers are responsible for delivering high-quality service, on time, and as agreed.

  • All service providers must comply with Peaksheen's vetting and verification process.

  • Service providers are self-employed and responsible for their own taxes and liabilities.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide basic supplies and safe working conditions.

  • Clients should ensure pets are secured during the visit.

  • Clients must provide accurate contact and booking information.

 

6. Liability

  • Peaksheen is not liable for any direct or indirect damages unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

  • Service providers are responsible for their conduct and services provided.

 

7. Refunds & Complaints

  • If you're dissatisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours.

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Privacy

  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use personal data.

 

9. Amendments

  • Peaksheen reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients and service providers will be notified of major changes.​
