Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Peaksheen platform and the services we provide. By booking a cleaner or applying to join our team, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Service Overview

Peaksheen connects clients in Greater Manchester with trusted, freelance cleaners. We act as a platform and do not employ cleaners directly.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to cleaner availability and postcode eligibility.
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
A minimum booking of 3 hours applies.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payments

The client fee is £18.50 per hour, which includes cleaner pay, insurance, and platform service.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
No cash payments are accepted.

4. Cleaner Responsibilities

Cleaners are responsible for delivering high-quality service, on time, and as agreed.
All cleaners must comply with Peaksheen's vetting and verification process.
Cleaners are self-employed and responsible for their own taxes and liabilities.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide basic cleaning supplies and safe working conditions.
Clients should ensure pets are secured during the visit.
Clients must provide accurate contact and booking information.

6. Liability

Peaksheen is not liable for any direct or indirect damages unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
Cleaners are responsible for their conduct and services provided.

7. Refunds & Complaints

If you're dissatisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Amendments

Peaksheen reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients and cleaners will be notified of major changes.
